2022, Terroir de Lachassagne Magnum newstuff 20 days macerationThe magnum edition of Terroir de Lachassagne takes this single vineyard Beaujolais Blanc to new heights. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay from old vines planted in the 1950s, spontaneously fermented and aged for 24 months on the lees in old barrels. The 2022 vintage yielded ripe and concentrated grapes, but with preserved acidity in the high altitude chalky fields. The result in the magnum format is a more complex, cool and long lived Chardonnay
