2021, Riesling Terre de Granit Cuvèe Longchamp Deep rosé on SyrahTerre de Granit is a cuve from a special plot near Mittlebergheim. The soil is hard and partly filled with granite. This makes the wine slim in fruit with with high minerality. It is otherwise dry and with high acidity.
